Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?

Due to his family's financial circumstances, young Koutarou is forced to live in a small apartment (rokujouma) on a budget of 5000 yen a month. On the plus side, he lives rent free, but on the minus side, that is because room 106 of Corona Apartments is cursed.

As it turns out the ghost is a cute young girl, and hijinks ensue when she tries to drive him out. Between the haunting, Koutarou's nosy neighbours, and a self-styled magical girls flying to the unneeded rescue, there is way too much for the impoverished young man to handle.

A harem series that wastes no time with silly things like plot. It knows it's a harem series and gives up on trying to rationalize why a guy and a bunch of girls are living together so it just throws them all in during the first episode and then continues from there.

That said I have found some of the jokes funny, although there are plenty of face palm moments as well. will continue watching
