Always meant to post something here, but I figured I'd wait till the end, So, now it's over...
Spoiler :
HOLY SHITTTTTTTTTT that Evangelion thing with the world being covered in all the life fibers, and all the people being consumed by them and rising up to the sky. Fucking incredible.
I watched this raw, because I'm an impatient motherfucker. Looking forward to the subs so I can understand the rest of what they say. But seriously, my god. Fucking amazing.

P.S. MakoGoori is the only ship worth sailing

WOW, amazing final episode, so many awesome moments. All the new transformation scenes were awesome. and yes, makogoori is definitely an great thing

This series did so many things right. Great animation, great music, great voice acting, great script, so many lovable characters, definitely one of my favorite series of all time bar none. And Trigger has become one of my "must watch" studios whenever they make a new series.

Now that the glow of awesomeness has dimmed enough for me to think clearly, I think my only tiny tiny gripe with the last episode is how satsuki got sidelined at the end in more of a cheerleading role rather than as a duel main character. Wanted to see them in sort of a "fusion" or "combination" mode

Yeah, the series was just super awesome! As insane, cool and reactive as lovely Gurrren Lagann!!! Love this guys, who continue working in their great style :awesome:

To be honest, I was expecting to see a kind of love-story of Mako and Gamagori, but, oh well, I'm glad they at least hinted at something like that :asd:

And the final episode just killed me both with its awesomeness and the sad moments. I was going to cry in the end

10 years ago those would have actually been really accurate, dubs have gotten better since then but still don't match up to the original VA's most of the time.
