I live in canada so I don't get CN but yeah that's just Season 2, when I watched Season 2 I was staring at the monitor with a confused (almost WTF?) expression on my face. By the end of the episode I understood what was happening.

You know there could be a chance that Adult Swim wasn't able to receive the episodes from Bandai on an account that the dubbing studio is still working on them.Ishbalan wrote:Two weeks ago, the faggots at [adult swim] decided, "Let's start over season 2 and see if anyone notices. Re: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion
In case you haven't noticed, adult swim loves to mess with us anime junkies. At around episode 17 or so of Code Geass R1, the fags decided to bump the show to 4:00AM and continue as if the audience hadn't changed. Did they really expect all of the loyal CG fans to stay up that late? Hell no, and I know I didn't. Then, after the first season ended, they started the second season IMMEDIATELY and moved it to even earlier than they originally aired the first season, and expected everyone to follow. I doubt most of the American fanbase knows what the hell happened to the plot with all the shit thats flying around.angelx03 wrote:You know there could be a chance that Adult Swim wasn't able to receive the episodes from Bandai on an account that the dubbing studio is still working on them.Ishbalan wrote:Two weeks ago, the faggots at [adult swim] decided, "Let's start over season 2 and see if anyone notices. Not to mention, adult swim has a history with us. They delayed the airing of a scheduled and advertised new season of Inuyasha with some show like Mr. T or something, and their April Fools jokes on us are infamous. Also, they started airing Seirei no Moribito, but never finished airing it. I think they realized that no one liked it and just up and decided to abandon it. That proves they lack commitment.
But at least they have good taste in British comedy. Tune in to The Mighty Boosh tonight at 11:00!

So I'm thinking of watching this, and I need to get this straight. This is the first season, and R2 is the second? I'm assuming, but I'm not sure.

Re: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion
I agree wholeheartedly. Adult Swim gets their kicks at abusing and tormenting us with the shows. I think the only reason they are showing Code Geass is because there is a slight amount of nudity in it, and they love that low-brow humor. Hopefully, one day we will have an ALL anime channel...Ishbalan wrote:In case you haven't noticed, adult swim loves to mess with us anime junkies. Anime network is an all-anime channel (or it was, seems like it's on-demand programming now)

I think it would be an awesome idea to have an all anime/AMV channell with shows that VJ/DJ AMVs, kind of like TRL did but with the full videos and without the retarded screaming frenzy. More something along the lines G4 would do ala Attack of the Show.BigFattyPlus wrote:Hopefully, one day we will have an ALL anime channel...

You mean something like that? Ye, that WOULD be annoying... But it would still be better than what Adult Swim is doing. And by the way, I really hate what they do April Fools. Last night, they had some VERY dumb movie playing with VERY bad acting. Did anyone else see that?

Re: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion
You know what, I think the real reason Adult Swim started showing reruns of Code Geass is because they "ran out" of new episodes from Bandai. Going from this....
http://www.mania.com/aodvb/showthread.p ... ost1558240
...and the fact Japan is still releasing new Code Geass R2 DVDs according to this...
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/20 ... arch-24-30
...gives off the implication that Bandai could be waiting on more episodes from Japan especially since Japan can be pretty hardbent on being the first one to release the DVD episodes before anyone else.
