I don't know who told you there was something sexual in that cell, but it's not true. ^_^;;

It's debatable weather or not what he found in the first cell was the scientists or something sexual. I personaly think something was going on and he found the scientists in another cell. I mean, Duo is the comic relief in Wing, so why not?

Actually the usual reason that dubbers change the dialogue around and make it different from the Japanese dialogue is because if they don't, then the movements of the mouths of the characters will be off and it will look like one of those cheezy Godzilla movies where the mouth movements are all off and it looks stupid. Japanese sentences are structured differently from English, obviously. Some statements are long in Japanese but short in English, and vice versa. If they copied the script word for word and translated literally the English dialogue wouldn't fit with the Japanese mouth movements.

Of course this isn't always the case. Another major reason dubbers change the dialogue is to make the jokes more American-friendly. Not everyone understands Japanese cultural references, nor do they have the time necessarily to try. And in the occasional case, yes the dubbers do just blatantly screw everything up, but it's not as common as you might think.

I'm not saying I favor English dialogue more than Japanese. I'm simply pointing out the common reasons for altering the script during the dubbing process.

Example: "Long live King Zechs" fit with Otto's mouth movements. His mouth opens and closes four times, which implies four words. In the Japanese version the dialogue fits the movement. But English translation would have revealed a gaping discrepancy in the timing of the words. So the people involved in dubbing GW decided to alter the words just a little to not only fit the movements, but still underscored the meaning of the moment. It's true Zechs would be King had events occurred differently, so Otto's statement in Englsh isn't all that far off base. In my mind it's not the worst dialogue change I've ever seen. After all, have you ever seen DIC's butchering of Sailor Moon?

DIC's version of Sailor Moon is the only one i ever saw. Was it realy that bad to the origenal dialog? Oh and to answer the question of what duo found in the cell, it was the scientist nothing sexual. Its been years sence iv seen the show but i remimber it clear as day. Nothing sexual ever happend in a cell in that show. Well at least not anything that we got to see lol.

How did Otto know that Zechs was actually Miliardo Peacecraft? I don't think he knew. another screw up? correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that Treiz and Noin were the only OZ members who knew his royal lineage. Well, whatever. I just freakin' love my sexy Zechsy. Can we say " Too hot for words?" ...I can... And I do... "Too hot for words!!"

zechs was a pale imation of CHAR!! char Own's his ass n charges rent on its kicking! As for the episode. Yeah i seem to rember that too. all they found was scientist. Bu ti think one was reading a magazine But i think th ebest whitehaired bad guy OTHER than char was Gato. the nightmare of solomon himself.

hey!! i have a idea!! woudnt it be a cool fight if they had a free for all with all the White haired bad guys from all the gundam series? THAT would be a hell of a fight. bu ti think "the red coment" with a unit 2 from 0083 would wipe th efloor with thwm all even my second fave character Gato.

Nothing sexual is in this episode. Probably a hoax to get people worked up about it.

What happens, is that the four Gundam pilots invade Libra and they all go in seperate directions. Trowa's still fighting Leos, Virgos and other Mobile dolls. Quatre went looking for Doroshi (that idiot)!. Wufei just rampages around. Breaking any type of doll that dared to cross his way. Duo, on the other hadn, got out of his Gundam to look for survivors that might still be trapped within the starship.

So, he's going through different corridors until he ends up in the dungeons. The first cell he looks into, IS the one that he finds the scientists. All dead looking due to lack of oxygen. He wasn't pleased cause they were the reason why Hilde was injured very badly...

So, yeah. There's really nothing sexual that happened. I know, cause I was forced to watch it a few nights ago. ^_^;
