Badass. Basically a go-to guide for cutting to shapes. I'm impressed you were able to find so many similar scenes between SotS and advent children.

What the hell, I need some shock source for an AWA Pro vid to disgust everyone this year. Pass over the nudes Exsphere.

As for the video, the switching between source was very well done. I don't like action, so this shit sucks, but it sucks a lot less than action vids usually do.
