Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Title : Committed To Death

Category : Action, Horror

Anime : M.D. Geist, M.D. Geist 2 - Death Force

Song : Unsane - Committed

Tagline : "It's the new world! TIME TO GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!"

Like my previous video, this is way too violent to host on the .org so you'll have to grab it from megaupload. I put in about 40 hours of work on this one over the course of a month. If you like fast-paced action videos, you should love this. All feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for watching! 8-)

Yes, as I said in the original post this video is too violent for hosting on the site.

I edited it on an LCD and I thought interlacing was barely noticable, but perhaps not. :? I'll do another build and see if I can't make it crisper, but I think it looks pretty damn good right now.

I'm not sure what you mean by the music being distorted? The mp3's I used are clean (so far as I can tell) and they sound the same in the video as they did originally. Can you be more specific?

I'm still fairly new at this, so thanks for watching and commenting. :)

Thanks!

I know it's annoying not to have it on the .org, but megaupload isn't too bad. You just type in the 3 digit code and wait 25 seconds and it takes you to the download. The download speed is usually good too. :)

Cool video. I like the intro and ending with the dubbing, nice action sync, no pointless special effects and using a non-conventional anime.

Haha, this looks like something Globocide Studios did way back in the past. Nice and oldschool, something different for a change. Not bad ;)
