Someone noticed! :D

I noticed it too.

I also noticed that Yuki edits with AviSynth (and Premiere?).

And Mikuru is such a bouncy girl...

I was about to run away when The Seagull appeared, but I'm glad I sat through till the end. :P The project was a little different from the usual and the transitions were well done, so

Person A made a video. They show the video to person B who comes up with a few short descriptions of the video. Person C is told the short descriptions but not shown the video. Person C makes a video based on that description. They show the video to person D who makes a few short descriptions. Person D gives a few short descriptions to Person E who tries to figure out how to twist that description make a video throwing stuff at Otohiko. And so on and so on.

NATALIEDEE! <3

I would have bet heavy money that 'Skeleton in a closet' was by Jasper.

Haha nope, I originally wasn't gonna edit, anyway. >__>

I'm still bummed that I couldn't work in any William Shatner or Wing.

Great job on the intro and transitions, they really pulled this less than coherent bunch of videos together!

Otohiko wrote:KrzT's surprised me by actually going into horror; wasn't a stretch, really, but I didn't expect it to actually take that title totally seriously.

Haha maybe jasper's editing style is beginning to influence me? Oh well, I had fun with that track, especially because I know I probably can't ever create a horror vid any scarier than that. >_> And I guess some of the tracks would have to take the titles literally...we can't just have all the tracks be completely off the wall now can we? But yeah, after watching the entire project, I was a bit surprised how the title 'skeletons in the closet' came about from Stolen Soul's track...but overall agreement with godix. Even after editing 2 tracks for this project, I still had no idea how it was going to turn out in the end, and I was pleasantly surprised. :)

i believe it was from the planet of the apes movie soundtrack. i cut like one minute or so off of the original remix to keep the project track time limit.

Ok, I promise I won't make any more videos featuring seagulls. Unless they're horror videos.

I got that AVS screenshot from the timeline thread. I suspect that was Pwolf's...

After I wrote that in announcement, video description, AND made a video intro about it?

There's no hope for you :P
(in all seriousness, it's far simpler and less structured than any pretentious description might suggest)

It wasn't :P Never had a problem with yours, even if you did send it compressed (don't do that on projects, even if you got away with rather well it this time!)

I think one trick here was that people could abuse the musical connections rather than the visual one. Most people seem to have gone more the visual and/or conceptual route, but hey... there's no rule against matching up the song title, or writing a title based mostly on the previous track's lyrics.

This point I thought about for a while and came to the conclusion that, personally, I don't have any interest in running a Telephone Project 2 or anything. It's not that I don't like it or didn't think it was a cool experience, just that I think I've done what I wanted to do with it (I mean PHEW - I've just pulled off my first MEP in the driver's seat!), and I'd like to play around with other things now.

That said, if anyone else wants to organize a sequel, I'm not only against that but totally support it. The coordinator of something like that would have my best wishes, all the advice and quick help you'd need, and of course I'd be one of the people jumping in to make tracks.

Thanks all!
yea I'm still enjoying this obligatory-response thing :P
