Okay, Klyka, you had issues with my score on the action synch category for this video. Those who have recieved scores from me in the past can attest that comparitively, I am not normally a generous scorer, which is why I include my grading rubric at the top of reviews with my new format to help define how I assign points.

Here it is again:

Break down of my Grading Rubric:
10 - This is about as perfect as it can get. Very hard to squeeze out of me.
9 - Excellent work. The Highest score I am prone to give out.
8 - Pretty dang suave. Demonstrating above average work or quality.
7 - I'm happy with it. The average that people should be trying to exceed. Average videos get average scores.
6 - Needs extra work.
5 and Below - I feel that you weren't trying. Work lacking in any effort, attempts at creativity, or just aggrivatingly bad will land you here.

While I was jotting down notes after watching you video through the first time I initially had the action/synch as a borderline 6/7. This score is a grade of my overall opinion of the total editting in the video. My major criticism of your video was not just the synching but the length of a lot of the cuts and the fact that the video felt slow as a result of a combination of these editting choices. After I watched your video a second time through, I again felt that these choices did not work well in the video, and I decided that this category should recieve a 6. Your pacing needs work, and based on the rubric I use to score you I still feel comfortable giving you that score.

Just remember, videos aren't based on ranks here; I do not have Newbie/Amateur/Professional brackets. I might be a bit lenient for first time video submitters, but when I grade your video is still being held up for comparison against videos made by some nearly professional level AMV creators, many of whom have made dozens of videos and honed their skills to a fine edge. To get a score better than a 7, as my rubric states, you have to really do something neat that shows this video can compare favorably against the works of these exceptional creators.
