A few of my videos haven't been downloadable for a while. I'm trying to get around to uploading them all.
I've just uploaded my Wings of Honneamise video: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=11783
A couple people have asked me about it recently and one person was claiming that they beat me to the idea (despite me showing this a few years ago at my panel at AWA when as far as I know no one else had posted or shown a video based on the same idea yet.)
The Columbia dedication at the end of this video was added after the Columbia disaster, there is an older version floating around without that at the end.
I"ll try to get the other missing ones uploaded soon. I also uploaded my video from Otakon/CNanime/AWA Pro a few weeks ago: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=50183

Ok, I watched this one:I also uploaded my video from Otakon/CNanime/AWA Pro a few weeks ago: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=50183
Superb use of effects. Your creation of 3d art looked neat.
I found the intro up to around 0:27 very really cool; it sent a shiver up my spine.
The video had a weird, or should I say alien -like feel to it. Which is good by the way.
I'm guessing you created the 3D UFO. I wish I had one of those.
And also,
" まあ、 それほどよくないかも ”
translates to:
" Well, it may not be that good "
not- "Well, it may that be that bad"
"Well, it may that be that bad" translates to:
" まあ、 それほどわるくないかも”
Overall I enjoyed your use of effects which gave a good feel to this.
Good job.

Actually sore hodo means kind of like "that much"aluminumstudios wrote:Hmmm, I'm not sure that you're right,
"Sore hodo ...." typically implies "not that" Yoku nai = bad (ie. not good - use of negatives and double negatives is accepted in Japanese)
Sore hodo ii would be "not that good."
I'm fairly certain that I"m correct.
Sore hodo can be used both positively and negatively.
"sore hodo yoku nai"
The nai acts for "not" and it connects with sore hodo to translate into "not that ".
yoku means good
So in this case the sore hodo yoku nai gets translated into
not that good
Which is a negative statement.
sore hodo ii
ii means good, so sore hodo ii
translates into that good
This turns into a positive statement.
Note on ii though: It cannot be used with a negative like
sore hodo ii kunai
yoku nai translates to not good(although essentially it has the same meaning as bad, changes meanings if used differently), and I think what you did was
translate sore hodo into not that, and yoku nai into bad, and concluded it into:
its not that bad
If you wanted to write its not that bad in japanese, it would be
Sore hodo waruku nai
I hope I explained it throughoutly. Japanese is a very complicated language
and it gets very hard for me to explain clearly sometimes.
