I wonder if "excessive" also applies to sexual nudity. Or is it just sexual nudity? But isn't "sexual" nudity hentai? What if you just have nudity? You know, like the artful, character study, human body sculpture kind. Eh, we're smart enough to know the difference.

Well, if you want a rough translation, hentai basically means pervert...or as my Japanese dictionary says, "abnormality."

Well, the problem lies with some young tot who downloads it and doesn't see it as art. We might know the difference, but someone else who doesn't know better might not.
