  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

I am also a terrible person >.> Glad you enjoyed it.

You would.
Shinodude wrote:I loved the editing but I just cant enjoy the song as much as I would like. It was fun to watch tho. And its made me finally check out FMA: Brotherhood. I've enjoyed the first 4 episodes.
Haven't seen you around in a while. Everyone has different tastes in music so no probs. Brotherhood was great IMO. Much better than the first FMA.

It's kind of weird to see such dramatic low-effects editing applied to such a peppy song. There might be more slightly dark moments like the 'I can't feel my arms' line hidden in there, but I'm not really familiar enough with FMA to notice them.

It's no secret that I prefer the first anime to the second, but this did a fine job especially with the scene selection. I would have synched things up a little differently (since I was saying to myself, "where's the action sync on the words?" many times through the video), but I think you did a fine job.

Really nice clean cuts, it makes the video look really neat and the flow much more noticeable. You also chose some of the best scenes from the anime and kept the pacing really dynamic to keep the viewer pumped and excited. I really enjoyed it, nice job!

This was pretty well edited, but like someone said before it felt strange listening that music with FMA. The lyrical cohesion on the actual video was okay, it's just that if you know story behind the anime it is difficult to get the mood that the music is giving out. Maybe if I didn't watch the anime I wouldn't think this, but I don't know man, just my two cents. Good work nonetheless.

I really enjoyed this. A very good action AMV with no gimmicks.

Mostly subtle. As mentioned in the video info and earlier here, the idea was to work with the characters motivations so "i'm only getting started" is meant to relate to that on a more subtle level i guess. It definitely helps if you know the show.

Thanks but could you elaborate more about how the story the mood of the song don't fit?
