RightStuf's Bargain Bin Blowout

Looks like they are really discounting down a ton of their bargains, including whole series boxsets and thinpacks (most of them down to $15 - $20 a boxset) and many individuals for mere bucks. Sale to end May 3, 2010, so you'll probably want to get in quick.

I picked up the first 8 volumes of Gatchaman Collector's Edition at $2.69 a disc. Pretty crazy price to get a classic series. :)

even at 85% off or more, most of this stuff is throwaway, if I get anything it'll be these:

also, code lyoko is a total steal, but igpx is a total ripoff. IGPX failed on toonami, although I loved it, because you can't make money off anime in the united states, it's about the fans, and there aren't as many fans of foreign mediums in america because americans enjoy fapping to their own creations. America is one of the most culturally undisciplined and xenophobic nations in the world, but that's another thread.

the only decent shows on the list are singles, not boxsets, and they have blu rays of most of them, and if not blu rays will be released soon. This looks more like a way to transition people to blu ray, that's probably why they are devaluing and liquidating dvds. If there's anything I like about the 3 disc blu-rays, it's that they deface dvd value. Eventually people won't buy dvd's, and dvd's will stop being made because people don't want to pay more for the same thing.

grabbed Air and Kannon at... something like $2.69 a disc. Decent deal for some DVDs I had been meaning to pick up when I got around to it.
