By "DVD drive", I'm guessing you mean a DVD-ROM as opposed to a DVD burner.
If you're looking for an internal drive, Lite-On is pretty inexpensive -
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1043378.

If you want an external unit, this AOpen model is cheap -

If you want a drive that's going to last, it may be worth it to spend a bit more on a reliable brand, though. If you just need a quick fix, however, these may be right up your alley.

Lite-On is a reliable drive. I have had one for years. Benq is another good one. I would suggest spending the bucks for a burner.

I use a Lite-ON DVD-ROM drive in my editing system. I've had it for years. There is a utility out there to disable to region checking part of the firmware, without having to patch the drive at all. This is handy if you have any imported DVDs.
