Ok, really dumb question but once the trial period has expired, you can't encode videos into MPEG2, right?

I was going to write "Yes", but now I'm not so sure. That is true of the freeware version: MPEG2 encoding quits after 30 days.

But the for-sale versions have 14-day limits and I don't know what happens after that.

Doesn't cost anything - except a 14-day wait - to find out. :wink:
