Wee. Got my DVDs today.

However, to my dismay, IK was at least 12.5% correct in her statement about the DVDs being dub only. Because it wasn't Card Captor Sakura Vol. 1 that was on sale. It was CardCaptors Vol. 1 >_< I mean, this isn't really that big a deal since it's the same video (for the most part), and I wasn't exactly planning on buying the rest of the volumes anyway. So, for $2 I've got 3 episodes of CCS source if I need it. :o What was weird though, is that on on Overstock's page, it lists it as CARDCAPTORS SAKURA. Now, I should have read the description better since it does refer to it as CARDCAPTORS and says "This is the television version". :\ Though my question is why did they add the SAKURA to the title? It doesn't say that in the name of the DVD anywhere. o_O Confusing. I thought about e-mailing Overstock to see if they could send me CCS 1 instead, but, I don't care that much.

And cool thing about Tenchi Universe Vol. 4 is that it's the "Time And Space Adventures" story arc (the 3 episodes where theyre all lost in different times and places). So it kind of makes it a nice standalone DVD, independant from the rest of the series.

I definitely want to get 1, 2, & 4 of Jubei-chan and Black Heaven. However, one sucky thing is that ADV has since released a Jubei-Chan Collection set, with the 4 DVDs for like $35 online.. So if I buy the other 3 for like $20 each, I'll be spending more :\ ... Oh well. We'll see.

No idea. This wasn't any kind of advertised special. It was just random DVDs that got priced obsenely low o_o. So who knows how long the prices will remain the same.

Each episode of Nelvana's Card Captors dub is under 20mins including the opening and ending.

The Standard Japanese episode time method is 22:00mins/ep + 1:30min OP and 1:30min ED totaling 25mins.

Five minutes of content is missing. :P
