DAZ Studio - Pre-built model, object, & small environment viewer, manipulator, and recorder. In relative terms, it's as if you are given a stage room for making a movie (or a still shot). Basically a micro-environment manager.
Bryce - World builder & viewer. It's complimentary to DAZ Studio, in that you can add (or connect) multiple studio environments to the main landscape Bryce provides, or just use the world builder to make a macro-environment.
Hexagon - 3D object builder that creates shapes you can use with DAZ Studio and Bryce, or any other 3D environment software that supports its format.
