looks good
you might want to put padding on the frames. the white text overlaps a bit with the white borders.

... i kno a littl ebit of html but i havent written it in like a year since i forgot my logon name and password for angelfire account ...

nowadays you can't really make a decent webpage without a GUI interface, because getting things to be placed in tables is a major pain.
