I'm after all not ignorant of the other communities (at least those that branch out here) though when I was working on the links section of the site I couldn't remember the locations of other sites/forums (as of right now I only have the org and amvnew.ru, forgot about akross at the time).
Just an idea: ask for persons (or just wait for them when they search personally and pester you with this) who are part of their national community, active in the ORG, can speak English enough good (obviuosly, if they are active here mostly comes with eligible written English level) and have a broad view on their own community. They should / can provide you valuable information which can be processable to your podcast. Even it is also an option that you send the interview questions to that person, nowadays everybody has mic and can record the answers / introduction of his / her community which can be later freely editable by you. It's just an idea but maybe worth for think on it.
