Tho shameless self-promotion, I'm rather fond of this one I did:

http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=11171

Huh, I'm surprised I haven't done more since 70% of the music I listen to is instrumental...

Two shameless self promotion pieces:

and

The first one is better, but they are both kinda cool.

Since we're doing the whole shameless self promotion thingy:

My first (and only) video is instrumental and downloadable. You'll just have to ignore the good requirement..

It seems likely enough that if I ever finish another video it too will be instrumental, because lyrics never seem to fit in my mind.. (From songs I listen to anyway)

Any of my Anime Conquest AMVs. Its all instrumental and very good IMO ^_^

AIM me and I can send them to you. I will try to get them up on Devos FTP as soon as I get home. But I did finally get cable back so send my AMVs via AIM are not a problem.

my third video was an instrumental... speak like a child. the only complaint i ever got about it was "it was good and all... it's just... no words!" -_-;

i kinda shyed away from doing more instrumentals after multiple people reacted that way at the katsucon8 contest.

then again, other people have told me it's fantastic, greatest thing they've ever seen, etc, so who knows. take a look?

My instrumental AMVs include:

Lurking in the Shadows - Phantom Quest Corp.

Tribute to Ed - Cowboy Bebop (there is a voice in the song, but it doens't sing words... so it is more like another instrument than a vocal)

Cowboy Swing - Cowboy Bebop

I recently saw an AMAZING instrumental AMV, but I have no clue who
made it or where to find it. :P Anyway it was "Just Like You Imagined" by
Nine Inch Nails set to the GITS movie. I worship whoever made it.

I am humbled by your presence. I've been listening to "Just Like
You Imagined" in marathon sessions to try and pick out all the transitions
and such in the hopes of someday using it to make my own AMV (to NGE).
But that's about four vids down the road. I still have two Cowboy Bebop
ones to make! ("Superbeast" by Rob Zombie and "Another Love Song"
by Queens of the Stoneage) :D

There is an AMV on Memories called Desillusions by Cassandra Complex
The music is called "Dopamin"...

(this amv is a good competitor to caldwell's one, IMO)
