With fansubs starting to look better than actual dvd files nowadays, I think there's gonna be alot of people going to consider editing on macs...

Then again, Final Cut doesn't have avisynth support, so it's kind of a balanced trade.

Just use VFAPI if you're worried about file size (on Windows).

I won't go back, and well, you don't need AVS support inside of FCP if you just do all your preprocessing before hand and make lossless copies on the giant drives we have nowadays.

I think editing with avisynth files will soon be a thing of the past with terabyte drives becoming more and more available. People will perfect their preprocessing, save the lossless clips, and edit like that.

I already do.

I drag it, but nothing happens. No error, no (from what it looks) file in VFAPI, everything is still blank.

Adobe Premier Pro Cs3 can edit with MP4. :O
