that sort of equipment can be gotten if you know the right people, one of my friends has 12 servers in his basement but he gets everything wholesale or goes to computer fairs so pays about half what we do -_- smart shopping... i've yet to see other chicks who shop smart
but i needs to steal vlads home theatre room

Dude, Minion, that's overkill. You don't need a pro rig for AMVs.
I still can't believe I'm able to make AMVs on this. Truly astounding. In the background you can see a techno CD given to me while trick or treating (that's a new one), gifts from my sweetheart, iPod, anti-treason arrest tapestry, a painting from Peru, and me meager selection of DVDs. Damn I need to get some money.....

If I was a millionaire, I would of already own the AMV corporation and bought out all those pesky copyright holdersCastor Troy wrote:Vlad must be a millionaire!

I was first editing on a original Pentium with Premiere 3 something... Sad thing was that rendering of a fade took long enough to go get a coffie Now complex effects take that long on lastest hardware so nothing seems to have changed therePwolf wrote:i started with a 600mhz laptop and a 450mhz desktop... thjose were the good ol days
I'll probably post a pic once i clean off my desk <.<
