Adobe Premiere Tutorial

Postby CyberSamurai » Tue Nov 19, 2002 8:11 pm

I have been searching for a few days, mainly using google.com, and i have not been able to find a nice, user friendly, learning tutorial for a new Premiere 6.0 user and AMV creater. I was wondering what some of you guys or gals used to jump start your knowlege.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks CyberSamurai

RTFM
"If someone feels the need to 'express' himself or herself with a huge graphical 'singature' that has nothing to do with anything, that person should reevaluate his or her reasons for needing said form of expression, possibly with the help of a licensed mental health practitioner."

Just use it, and then see what other people have done. Practice makes perfect, blah blah blah and uh yeah.

yes the manual is your friend
An ocean of dust and randomly strung together pieces of hydrogen, serving no purpose other than allowing all of us to continue in our misery, doomed to an enternity of petty squabbles and meaningless ego trips, until the whole thing one day explodes and starts the whole shebang all over again. - Chaos_Angel

I have the manual. I think I opened it once to find out how many pages are in it. To answer your question.. something I guess jbone missed (didn't you leave?)

I was wondering what some of you guys or gals used to jump start your knowlege.

Personally, I got premiere, took a good look at some of the videos, and messed around with premiere to figure out how to do most effects. I still have no idea how masking works, but if and when there comes a time I need to know, then I wont learn it.

If you have an obscure question, thats what the help forums are for. Make sure, if you use them, that it is truely a weird problem, and not something you should know.
