I'm majoring in Multimedia, which is pretty much editing. Aiming for the gaming or movie industries, but I'll be getting payed to edit soon enough !

Hopefully one of them gets there contract deal and can make me there editor once I get my degree. It's somewhat wishful thinking, but I am looking to do something along the lines of video editing.

It's always good to know a few local bands. I got myself started making music videos and sk8ter footage for bands and groups. As much as I dislike skateboarding, it gets your name across. Good Luck with that

When I made my first AMV (2002), that was when I decided to make film my career.

My girlfriend and I started our own production business this January, and now its my full time job. (real business license)

We do corporate videos and sadly, weddings lol. I really don't like weddings, but they're easy and good money. I really just want to save enough money to move up to LA to make my way into film.

San Diego Digital Imagery
(couldn't use orange kitten productions as a real name, sounds too close to a porn company lol)

I had my own part time video production company... did some media conversions, trailers, wedding and corporate video myself. Yea, I didn't like the wedding part much.

But as a Mechanical Engineer, the pay was not nearly as good and the hobby started to have more of a job feel to it... It would be great to spend as much time on that stuff as I do on AMVs, but no one would be willing to spend that kind of money
