Maybe Buy.com and Amazon, but the rest, I doubt it.

At least AnimeNation, Anime Corner Store and Righ Stuf take international orders...

Best Prices: Great prices with a large inventory. Shipping is pretty standard.

Deep Discount DVD: Awesome prices on almost all their merchandise. Free shipping, which is a huge plus. However, their inventory isn't as large as others around.

Most of the anime I've purchased in the last year was off ebay...all commercial, legitamate copies. There's great deals on there, but the big downfall is you have to actually take the time to check and see if what you're looking at is the real thing or not...personally, I've never found that to be a problem but I know it has been for many.

Other than that I reccommend Amazon.com and Rightstuf.com.

wether you're in England or in France (like me), or anywhere else, it doesn't really matter, thanks to internet.
I usually purchase my dvds on eBay, where I can get them three times cheaper than in France (you have no idea how expensive it is in my country). As for now, I only received good quality products, with original dvd boxset, etc.
As I enjoy the english language, watchin my dvs in japanese subtitled in english is not a problem.

so, if you have internet (you must have it, as you are here), and if you speak english (you must speak english, as you are reading this), you have no problem to get any anime you want.

(oh, I forgot, you should also have a dvd player that doesn't give a damn about those silly areas compatibilies)
