and looking for recommendations.

Hey everyone I decided to stop by for a bit and check out a few things.. I've been gone since around the VMA's because I started doing some freelance work, but has there been anything that would be considered top 1% "must see" material released since the VMAs?

Still Preoccupied with 1985 was HUGE a couple months back. It still tops the All-Time Star Scale list. You should also check your Suggestion Query, the big videos always seem to end up at the top of mine.

Hmmm, KnX came out of nowhere and made quite of bit of badass videos with his Devastation video being one of his top hits.

Oh yeah, here's the reason the French creators are above all others!

I don't know if you know, but you can check the Top 10% based on certain time frames like finding the Top 10% from a month ago.

One of the coolest vids from AX this year is Prayer for Destruction from NHMK. Also the "Wizard of Ozaka" won best comedy.

Naruto's Technique Beat is surprisingly cool.

AbsoluteDestiny and Gammitt's latest DDR vid is the best I've ever seen (of the DDR type).

I don't think it's new but it's kind of obscure: spPanda's Mine to Betrayal is pretty awesome.

If you've been waiting for a good Ghost in the Shell vid mine's pretty good, but hasn't been around long enough to get a lot of opinions (but if you don't like slower songs don't bother I guess =/ ).

Yeah, which is why neither you or I should link to our videos, they aren't 'must see' material. Just ordinary crap. :|

Farbeit for me to make a post that's impossible to misunderstand, but no, I think that video is pretty fun to watch. I don't think it should be in the top 5, or wherever it is, but technically by the rating system I guess there's no way around it; I think that by concept that it isn't as good as a lot of videos because it has no emotional impact and it's sort of just a "look at all this awesome crap" video. I was "bitching" in saying that it, because it is a Naruto video, has no chance of *not* being in the top 5 simply because it's pretty well made, whereas were it any other anime it would be just up to chance, and not a good chance I might add.

Anyways the man made a thread about cool AMVs and that's one of them! Other than those that I put up there though... I don't know... have you seen DoItRight by AbsoluteDestiny? That's totally like the second best AMV evar!
