I have used this before, i took one of Korns videos (Alone I Break) and i took the static they used in the video and added it to my own alone i break video, i tried to also make it look like the accual korn video, but i wasnt expierenced enough to do it properly...
also Mr. Pilkington's Yatta video has popframes of the accual Yatta video, and it was done well... and if no one has mentioned it... (looks)
OMG, NO ONE HAS POSTED IT!
Sushi Boy Jared did a Totoro video using Apex Twin Come To Daddy, and he used the footage from the accual video and it came out to be GREATNESS!
but other then that i think it should be left out...
OH! that's what everybody's talking about lol... I talk 'too clear' (see my profile! Both vids' only downfalls are they're just TOO CLEAR! I'm still like 'WTF????') alot as well...
anyway most of MTV Video Mods do the variation of this that I want to exploit. They copy the original video exactly, sometimes even putting the original footage in a mini screan in the corner. I don't mind it copied that way. Seems stupid to just copy the actual footage and put it in as filler. Of coarse video mods by the game programmer have an advantage (their all done by VU Games mostly) as they can custom design them to do whatever they want. It'd be hard for an AMV but I've seen trailers done this way. Want to do an 'I can't dance' video to this BAD. The one that starts at the beach with the dog stealing the bikini top and stuff ;p bet I can find an anime for that no problem! Wanted to fade the walk from the real video to the anime character (something like Shinji -_-) would take ALOT of rotoscoping but would be fricken hillarious!
