Check the guide section of the site. It can be found on the left side of the home page and member menus. ;)

Aww, don't worry *pat pat* no one will call you that. . . because we'll spell it right. It's newbie. Neeeeewbiiiie. ^^

Anyways as has been said, read the guides.

But really it goes more like you open your movie maker of choice, import the audio file and whatever video file(s) you are using. Cut out the scenes you want to use, drag them down into the timeline and drag the music into the timeline running parallel beneath the video timeline. . . Effects, timing and crap just come with practice.

Don't worry you don't have to-be the best speller to be on the ORG.
I've made 100's of typos over my last 3 years here. The important
part is check out the guides the simple ones first(I can't read through
AD's without falling asleep) and make good videos. One peice of
advice unless your going to make the Best DBZ video ever... don't
do it man, plenty of other concepts in the sea.

That's the worse advice ever. Advising him/her from using an anime they 'may' like just because a lot of other people used it isn't good advice at all.

I was only responding to Superfusions comment do what you
want.. I have a habit of making videos with low fx and odd timing
methods. They won't get me awards , but, I like doing things that way.
