Rarely, same for all my videos. I get sick to death of it while I'm making it.

Yes, did a couple of minutes ago in fact (only because another thread reminded me of it).

But then I've only made three, so it's a different sort of situation... If I get in the mood to review I'll watch #1 and #3. #2 is the one I can't stand. ^_^;; oooh boy. Cute idea, HORRIBLE editing. So um, I think I can relate in that respect...

Nope.

But I'm sure that's partially because the disc I put the video on doesn't want to be read by any CD or DVD drive in existence (it doesn't have a scratch on it).

Yeah, I still watch my first video, albeit a Linkinball Z vid.
I look back at it to see how far I've come, and to see what I did well (as well as bad :P ) It's nice to look back at it. Of course, I'm still a newbie when it comes to video making :)

Short answer: yes, and not too long ago.

I still think it's a good concept, and the execution is not bad, even if it needs work. I've already started capturing clips from the R2 DVD. It's short and uncomplicated, so it will be a good project to break in a new PC I'm building.

Seldomly, I don't think it's very good so I have no reason to.

Oh YEAH. :D seein as how i just finished my first one last week. I watch it all the time. a lot of ppl say they get sick of theirs from makin it, but I love mine and watch it ALL the time.

I've only gotten one opinion back from another 'amv' guy, and he said my transitions were too distracting (i agree you may have to watch it a couple times to fully be able to appreciate it  ....but I made the video for me ... what I'd like to see, and I am 100% satisfied.

It still had a lot of the punch that I recall it having, and there are only a few things, surprisingly, that I would change about it today.

I do plan on remastering it with DVD source.

Wow! 1989! On tape! What series and music, if you don't mind my asking?

As for my first AMV....ummm erm...I have yet to make one. I need a DVD drive, some editing software(don't tell me WMM, I'm using Win2K, which doesn't have it) and some DVDs.
I'm out...

Kthulhu: It's in my profile. I used Akira with Twisted Sister's "The Kids Are Back". And all of my stuff was edited on videotape, linearly, until the "Crush 'Em" video in 2001. Try that!

For a first video, it's damn good. If I could get it hosted, I could show y'all. :D May have to try moobies.

My first video was done to Orange Road so I still like it alot. The only thing is that I used a song by Samantha Fox... Although it fits the video it's not someone I prefer to listen to....

Yes, its over a year old with bad timing, bad quality and just about (but not quite :)) the worst video I've ever done. And yet, I can't help but look it over every month or two because that was where I started and no matter how bad it is, I love it. :D
