I've only seen 2 of his vids (Enter Sandman/Eva and Utena/STP) and I thought both were pretty good.

He made the Neon Genesis Polka, right? Let me watch it right now. I thought that was a pretty funny music video, not to mention pretty well done too.

Not too many of his vids are available for download. :( But I think 3 are. :) And Neon Genesis Polka is among them!

i have only seen one of his vids but it was okay, i think it was akira tenax. It seems kinda stupid to have a forum devoted to takin the piss out of jesmaster when we can take the piss out of adult linkin ball z creators (let the kids off cos most dont know better)

I really enjoyed his Cowboy Bebop "Insomnia" vid. I thought it was done very well.

For the people bashing my videos, the videos you have seen are my older ones that I've made like 2 years ago, I suggest you check out my newer videos where I got much better such as AkIra Tenax, Anime Overload and stuff, also if you are going to AX NY you will see my newsest video which may be my best one yet.

Also, I realize most of my good videos aren't up for download. I would love them to be up but I just haven't found hosting yet, so if you have a video that you want from me just message me on AIM/ICQ and I'll send right away

For my money, Jesmaster's magnum opus is his treatment of Chastisement's "Rapid Fluid", even though the video fidelity is largely shot (Kenshin wasn't completely out on DVD yet) and there are artistic inconsistencies between the movie, TV, and OAV clips used. Whenever I do an action AMV, this video is always in the list to watch before I start editing.

There was allegedly a "perfect version" of this done with some new scenes and better footage quality, but I was never able to download that.

While he has his shortcomings (iffy footage quality and occasionally mainstream music among them), Jesmaster definitely belongs on the short list of truly metal AMV creators to look up to as influences.

I odn't have the problem with video quality anymore, all of my latest videos have been from DVD rips as source, especially my newest video Bastard Fantasy which I made editing the VOBs directly in premiere, I just updated my page with that video in both high quality XVID version and medium quality mpg. For all those people who have only seen my old videos and think thats what it is all about, go download Bastard Fantasy and tell me its the same quality as the numerous DBZ videos out there.

FUN FACT - I only made 4 DBZ videos and they are all AT LEAST 2 years old
