To me, a video is "re-viewable" if there's something more to it, something beneath the surface. Scott brings up this example a lot, so it's stuck in my head, but Kevin Caldwell's "Believe" is one of the best examples. Sure, it's got phenomenal editing and it's just an all-around great video, but the more you watch it, the more you see beneath the surface. I haven't actually watched the series (OK, I saw two eps. of the TV series), but I come to find out that the image the main character keeps having of this woman is her mother, and that her mother was some kind of idol to her. You don't NEED to see the OVA/series to get something out of this, but it takes a few times through to really get a full sense of what Kevin was doing.
The first time, you go "Oooohhh." The second time you go, "Wow...". The third time, you're speechless and in tears.
Vlad's "Memories Dance" (sorry, d00d, we always bring you up ^^) is another perfect example of this. The first time through I was paying attention to the scenes used. The second time through I was paying attention to the study of motion put into effect. The third time through I was paying attention to the distinct "sections" of the video (male / female / animal / etc).
A video can be GOOD and you can "watch it again," but what I see as "re-viewable" is a video that tells me a new story each time I come back to it, and one that hardly loses its initial impact down the road (possibly gaining, as in these examples, MORE impact).
