Looking back...What inspired you to make AMVs?

Some dbz videos started my interest in amvs in general. I think one first amvs that i saw might be something from Castor Troy xd. Little amount of amvs to android saga , WMM , curiosity and boredom kinda sparked it guess

I saw some very simple AMVs of Sailor Moon Transformation and attack sequences put to songs from the dub in RM format on a few of the sites I used to frequent back in the day (early~mid 90s) that got me intrigued by the concept of making your own music videos (I made my own tribute video to these first ones I saw for the Sailor Moon MEP) and later I found Morpheus, Kazaa, and a few other fileshare programs and started downloading anything I could find marked with AMV in the filename. That's when I saw stuff from Maboroshi, Vlad, Soulcrash, Brad, Jay, Brad Demoss, Vancore, SailorDeath, Bakadeshi, Jesmaster, SSG, Morethentoast, ec.... I still remember my dad scolding me like I was showing my brother porn when he caught us watching The I Must Increase my Bust video.... fun times.

So after seeing all this cool stuff, I wanted to make my own as a way to give back to the community that entertained me for all those years. Too bad I wasn't able to make anything till 8 years later...
