I actually made three AMVs the first day I got a computer, but this is the first of those:

Inuyasha? Yep. Subtitles? Yep. WMV? Yep.

haha. Fine fine.

Although, if you want to see something really embarrassing, you'll have to search for my 2010 akross entry. I left it on my youtube channel, but its so terrible that it would collapse the entire existence of the org if I tried to upload it here. D:

I'm going to go through all these videos and leave a quick comment too. :P

To date, I have nothing to apologize for with my first video. I still like it and it did exactly what I wanted it to. It's not brilliant or anything, but it made me pretty happy and still does. It definitely has its share of issues and oddities, but for what it was it was definitely okay.

What's interesting (to me, anyway) is that the first scenes in the video are the first cuts I ever placed in an editing program. Didn't do any tutorials or practice runs or anything, just Leeroy Jenkins'd it.

I think the whole idea that a first video has to be embarassing or judged by some different standard is stupid. It's also stupid to judge it by others' standards. Set your own goals, do what you want. Then you're not gonna look back years later and think how stupid you were - instead you'll just smile. And keep doing your own thing.

What do you think the rest of ours look like? I've got plenty of subtitles in my first video. Ya'll should be proud not embarrassed about your first video. Look back at it and see that is where you were and know that you have grown since then and see where you are now. It is what got you started, you should be proud of it.

Whoo editstudio!

Somehow, this is the video with my second highest star rating...the first being a 5 minute video I threw together in 2 hours (that one only has 10 stars on it though).

I remember sitting down with vicbond007's guide on this thing. I don't remember if it was editstudio or if it was tmpgenc that ended up making me make the resolution so tiny...and I don't remember how I could've possibly put 50 hours into it.

This is also pretty much the only video of mine that I can re-watch without cringing (at least not too much).
