Haruka's Song

No other video did I spend so much time and energy working on, and it's not because it's all that complex edit-wise, but rather because I was so intent on making it perfect. Over the course of editing the video, there was a lot of serious real-life stuff that required my attention, and I honestly thought I'd never finish the project because of that. Eventually, though, I told myself "I'm not going to let this video die," and worked like mad to finish the last bit of editing that had given me nothing but trouble up to that point. Once I finished, I was so relieved.

Whenever I watch my own videos, there's always little things here and there that bug me - things I wish I had done differently - but that's not the case with Haruka's Song. I'm satisfied with every second of it and, in my opinion, think it's an absolutely beautiful video. So, I guess that means it's my "masterpiece", at least for the time being.[/url]

I don't have masterpieces. Because my values are about 170° off from nearly everyone else's, videos that I think are great are mostly ignored, and videos I class as merely decent get more notice than I feel they deserve.

Asfor best video....some will tell you it's this one, but I believe that you'll have to go to Anime Boston to see the real leader.....if they decide that it's able to be shown in public after all.

I don't have a masterpiece and can never find the pieces to complete the master.

Im not good at judging my own stuff. I never think my videos are too good, so I scale em on how everyone else likes em.

Well, people seem to like my newest one, Ryo's Journey.

Im sure most of you feel that way, after its all done and put on the internet for everyone to see, you notice things that were slight mistakes and things you couldve done better (yet nobody else seems to notice). Maybe Im crazy.

Masterpiece eh?

*pause...bursts out laughing*

Sorry, sorry...I've got nothing even CLOSE to a masterpiece (although I'm getting a good vibe from the 'La Federation' project)

In the meantime, closest I can think of is 'Video I can watch without a degree of shame' in which case that goes to my untitled psychosis:

Best video EVER. *Goes to nominate for video of the year* :P

As for me, I don't have one yet. I honestly don't think I ever will either. I know I'll have videos that I like and mean something special to me, but I don't think I could look at something I made and call it a masterpiece. I believe only someone looking from 'the outside in', so to speak, can determine that.

I have watched some videos that I would consider masterpieces though.
