While true about encoding to spec, considering the specs of the hardware in question and the fact that the videos for the site are in fact within the specs in which the hardware requests (videos are encoded to Main Profile Level 2.2) your deduction about the issue is far from being factual. I appreciate your hard work on the app, I was just trying to point things out that are not working correctly.

IIRC, only the 4 and 4s support Main Profile... So, technically yes, what I said has does have some factual relevance. either way, as I also said, it's not my problem since I have no control of either the encoding nor the playback.

The iPad 1 and iPhone 4 support videos up to Main Profile 3.1 and resolutions up 720p30. The iPad 2 and iPhone 4S support up to Main Profile 4.1 and resolutions up to 1080p30. Spec wise the iPad and iPhone 4, as well as the iPad 2 and iPhone 4S are similar except for the processor has been clocked higher in the iPad's. The only other difference is the iPad 1 had less memory than the iPhone 4.

I know this might seem pretty silly but for some reason I don't have the Watch Preview button on the video info page. There's only Editor's Videos down the bottom right.

Btw I have an iPhone 4S. iOS 5.0.1 if that helps.

That means there is no preview available or you're not logged in. (fyi, this was what Apple wanted me to do if you couldn't watch a video)
