my first.. oh thats one that the world is never going to see... it took me just under 2 hours using windows movie maker, It was a drogonball Z clip, going to War from system of a down.. and I used other AMV's to make it *hangs head in shame*.. but that was over a year ago now and I had no Idea what it was doing...(I've made another 13 since, most of those suck to)

I now take up to 5 weeks to do one now... I currently have a total of 5 underway.. most are needing extra footage, which I don't have

4 hours. But I used a DV Capture box which doesn't like DVDs for some reason... So the source material was crap.

I got off school, loaded my terribly compressed Trigun DIVX avis into Premiere, and at about 8 PM that night I had a very short 1:30 video to "Opening Credits" by Hybrid. The link was posted on a VashxMeryl newsgroup for a short while, and also on my sister's old Trigun page. I think I've sent it to about 4 people on CD-R as well. :p

About 5 minutes. It was deleted promptly...

over night. I churned out some ugly footage from flask (complete with messed up resized interlacing) and edited it together in MovieShaker, put it through a series of like 20 recompressions before being done with it

yeah

great vid

Took me 2-3 hours. Editing, capturing, and encoding combined.

First vid? That damn thing took me 5 weeks of frame-by-frame editing. But that one doesn't count cuz it sucked.

2 hours.

That includes installing Premiere, getting my pirated footage off CDs (*hangs head in hands*) and editing. It came out sucky, and it went through 4 or 5 conversions before done.
