Just when you left me for dead...

*Zombie pops out of the ground* Hey, did ya miss me?

Anyway...
First of all, I'm confirming that I'm still around.
Second of all, I'm confirming that I'm working on a DDR project... of sorts.
Thirdly, I am request anime sound clips (English, no ambience).
Fourth, I need some opinions/advice. How would YOU make a music video with DDR steps for each song, without the steps detracting from the video?

Hey! You're back!!!

Btw... who are you? :P

Just kidding... for the DDR stuff try different type of layering and/or transparency if you don't want to distract from the video. You may also want to redraw the arrows by yourself. One final word: this thread should probably belong to the video help forum
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Turboneko: No, I know how to put it on, I'm asking how you think it would look good, but not get in the way. I think if I did it in the traditional DDR style, it would get annoying really fast. So how could I show the arrows, and still make them interesting after *checks video* half an hour or so?

You make DDR interesting by dancing to it.

Watching the arrows would be more like..... um... torture.

and i would but anime characters voices into it that say good things.....or the evil version that just insults you.....you could do a split screen with actual footage of someone trying to dance to it or try to contort a anime charater to make them try to dance to it or something. sounds like a cool idea to me......I would try to do it if i didn't know you were doing it...sounds like a good original idea if done right....it could even be turned into a humor video. Drop me a line if you need any help.

I must ask: At this point, it will not be very DDR-like, other than the "title screen" sequence I've done. So far, it's just anime songs I think it would be easy to make steps for. However, I have a 6th mix DDR project style video I had started (I lost my 3rd mix one I was working on -_-;) which I can switch to if I feel I won't be able to get anywhere with my current one (It's also my next project I'll be working on anyway). My question is: Should I drop my Anime song DDR for my 6th mix one?

As too the anime quotes: Read my request for anime clips above. Hmm... does this sound very much like what you are saying? And as for the dancing character, I was going to make a 3d Konsento 3 (Puppet 2000, one of the DDR characters) and give him a little dance number for the credits.
