imho i think anime companies would be smart to start implementing AMVs as a way to advertise commercially instead of just ignoring us and reaping the benefits. Not saying they should hire someone off the Org, but probably get the editor they do hire to be more a-m-v.org-ish
the music rights would be a non-issue if they get something done themselves like a piece of the soundtrack.

I heard that Hold Me Now sold out the dealer's room of Princess Tutu at the con it was entered to. I've seen similar effects at other cons as well.
