 did they advertise for this project ???
I've seen some AMVs named "short AMVs for short people" here at .org...but I didn't know anybody could join, I didn't even know it was such a huge project...I sure would have joined if I had heard of that (I wasn't at the right place at the right time  ...)

Well, I didn't even know somebody had had the same idea...before us. But I guess these projects are a bit different (at least for the song choices :)

Everyone is cordially invited to join these two projects :D

hu, sorry, I have to sleep a little bit more. I meant "did YOU advertise for this project ?"

Maybe you could put the mp3s for download on the website. It would help people to chose. There are many songs I think I don't know, but only because I don't know the name...

Ok, once I've finished with my project, I'll join SAMV :D
(Wow, I see your website, It's amazing to see how we have the same goals !!!)
I don't know who said this was a bad idea, but believe me : they are jealous :D

is it also a nonstop mix ? If this is the case, maybe you should start, like us, with a smaller part of the disc...

Um, let's stick to the point. We're talking here about AniMix :)

Heh.... There's a lot of problems with SAMVs which are slowly being resolved.

1. Low insterest. We have a few members, many of whom are VERY loyal to the project, but it's still a small number of people.

2. I do't have anywhere to host the mp3's. However, I think one of the members now has a place to host them.

3. I've been so busy lately, I haven't had a lot of time to keep up with the project (Despite that it's mine... I know, that's pretty bad :P ) - But I will soon have a lot more time to dedicate to just SAMVs. :)

4. Biggest problem: A large number of people don't like the music :P

ANd to answer your question, no it's not a nonstop megamix like the DDR project... However, I had some ideas on how to transition between tracks in a nice stylish manner, so it should be ok.

WilLoW :--):
Your project sounds interesting.
Unfortunately, I believe I lack the time to involve myself in another project at this point. Perhaps at some future time.

Garylisk: Good to see you pimping the SAMV project a bit more.

BTW, check your private messages here, I'll write you a note in a minute. :)

(still rubbing my sleepy eyes after a bout of inspiration for my first SAMV track kept me in the editing chair till 4:00 am)

Thank you ! you can join when you want :)
This project is made to give you a break when you work on longer/harder AMVs...

Currently about half of the tracks from the first part of the AMV have been taken. 15 parts are still available. JOIN ! Newbies are welcome.

Err, it seems that the tracklist page on the website had problems (thanks to my xml converter...)

This has been fixed.

The tracklist is available at http://www.bde.enseeiht.fr/~queffee/ani ... klist.html

Whoa, Twilight Zone by 2 Unlimited. :) That's cool. (I know it's not the club mix, but still... good song!)

Yes, but too short IMO in the mix (I also love it :)

OK, there are currently 12 tracks left, and I corrected the mp3 links that were corrupted ( I hate XSL, I hate me !)

6 tracks left... that means 5-6 more creators wanted to join the first part...

Hey, 25 tracks taken in 1 week, that's pretty good :P
