i have to do a persuasive speech also, and i gotta say this bad boy monday
and it's funny cause i was gonna do one on games
well console games not particurarly pc

but im thinking about changing that topic

i dunno

i assume this is 'for' pc games, right?

u go could go statistically first
how many ppl play them (a shit load)
then why?

You can always go for school unfiorms, grades, environmental issues like pollution...

I'm locked on pc games...except, i'm leaning towards noise pollution now. Too much noise! Can't think!

Console games have reliability and speed on their end, but that's where the benifits end. For PC games you can download mods to expand your original game and you have the great keyboard+mouse interface for 3D shooters that a gamepad or joystick just can't touch.

I think you should tell people that video games are evil and the people you use them are evil as well, or something. Also people who leak stuff out from inside companies and who make John Carmack cry are bad as well.

yesh....PC games take up too much sys resources....

but if you're FOR pc games...its consumer friendly cuz its cheaper as opposed to investign into a system that will only get updated later and games and games that are overpriced, whereas pc games....you can baically play it on any comp system. cuz no matter wat you do, you cannot go on without playign some sort of game. so its either tv/console or comp/pc games....or the creativity of imagination....

you gotta keep yourself entertaied somehow.

So, do you think it'll be long after Doom III is released before a company actually makes a decent game out of the engine? Shame to have such good engines wasted on Id.

Id like to see a game that focuses on the Multiplayer aspect of games using the new engine.
