A) The series hasn't been licensed in English yet (at least, not according to the License Database, Grand High Licensing List, and ANN).
B)
The Wikipedia article is credited under the Japanese publishing name, as is the
ANN page, both of which make the same insistence on using the official title in English, and falling back to the official Japanese title when an official English title doesn't exist.
In reference to B, it literally uses the katakana to-ra-do-ra. Yes, the Japanese love their collapsed-word abbreviations, but
Toradora! is the name it's published under, not the non-contracted title.
As Qyot27 said Tiger X Dragon is not the official title.
I believe that the name in the database should be changed from Tiger X Dragon to Toradora!

Why not just add Toradora! and then make Tiger X Dragon an alias for it?

That would work. Though I just want them to add Toradora! as a name for the show in the first place.

<Stirspeare> Hacchinya: God's own ambassador.
