Try canceling the upload request, and then request upload permission again.

IIRC, you can cancel the upload request by clicking on "confirm upload" (it's what the upload video button turns into)

u.u it keeps saying "Critical File transfer error" and it cancels the upload....
can anyone help me out?? =)
