Just gotta keep waiting, not much can be done there.
Down where you see the upload progress bar there should be an upload speed in parenthesis (to the right of it). What speed are you seeing?

hey guys, everytime i try to log in it tells me that the connection with the server has been reset. Am i doing something wrong or are the servers having problems?

are you logging into the site or trying to connect to kero?
if it's the former, this isn't really the thread for that. Try clearing your cookies and try again...and if that doesn't work you should send a pm (or email) to derobert.

yeah i did all those steps and i know what the NO means
BUT I STILL GET THE NO WHEN EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY

this is getting really frustrating and in file zilla it says it was a succsessful transfer and i filled in all the upload information.
WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY!!!!!!

It looks like it got uploaded, to me. After you fill all the info, the file goes in an automatic queue and you have to wait a bit before it actually shows up, but that was about it.

Previews are automatically created by the site once you upload the Local Download version. It takes a little while before they show up, though, since they do take a bit of time to encode.

sorry, made my own thread before i noticed this one, but i'll just put my issue here if this is the proper one. Unable to upload my video

Ok, I did "enter new video" and filled in all the info, then submitted that. However when I went to "upload video" my new vid wasnt listed. I thought It might just be slow but it's been almost 2 hours and it still hasn't shown up.

As for all the usual problems, I have categories, title, song and anime source listed and the premiere date being oct 10 (it just hit oct 11 so that shouldnt be an issue).

my video source is the unlimited blade works movie which came out on DVD almost 2 weeks ago and I didn't enter it into the system, It was already there (someone beat me too it apparently)

So, what do I do now?
