Newbie Forum?
I remember way back when I was on DBG forums they had a specific forum for Newbies, in which people could post stupid n00b questions or just make topics stating "Hi, I'm new". Maybe we should make one here?

Maybe more towards the top. You could make a forum in the AMV section entitled "AMV Newbies" or something of that nature. If you look in General AMV its like a barage of n00b-ness and hopefully adding that forum up there would isolate some of that stuff.

Perhaps it woudl come off as a "screw you don't bother us forum" if it existed, honestly I would dread creating it. Heads up, Off Topic and the Help forums should be enough despite how sick of answering the same questions over and over again. What we need is a sticky thread that is the FAQ entitled "ALL YOUR ANSWERS HERE," because I think FAQ at this point in the world just screams "DON'T READ ME."

Yeah, I suppose you're right. The sticky would be a much better idea. I was really angry when I made this thread because I'd just been answering the same questions over and over. But now I've calmed down. We should just make a big sticky for newbie questions.
