id's on the various page blocks

I'm getting sick of writing CSS that looks something like this:

tr > td[width="150"]:first-child { ... }

to match the left navigation bar, and hoping it doesn't hit anything else. Could you please add ids to all the important blocks (e.g., add id="leftnav" to that one, one for the top banner, etc.)

I'll even try to avoid complaining about the number of tables.

Hey,

Remember, this release is just a quickie release. We had planned to consolidate the CSS styles into a more logical and descriptive form before releasing. Well, so much for that idea.

Hopefully we can release v.2.5 with all sections CSSed nicely and no more legacy.
