Joining AIM chat room with Trillian?

Anyone know how to get into the room using trillian? It says the name of the chat room has invalid characters. (I type in "AnimeMusicVideos+dot+Org") I had this problem when trying to join manually with aim, too. same error message. However, the link works just fine with AIM. BUT when I click the link when using trillian, nothing happens.

I have to do the following:

1) Add yourself to your buddy list
2) Invite yourself to

animemusicvideos dot org

that works for me.

If Trillian crashes when you try to enter, it may mean your skin is defective. My Trillian always would crash when I would try to enter, and I recenelt discovered that it worked fine with different skins - but not with my chosen one.
