Link problem?

Ok i have a host and all and i have made two links, indirect and direct and both give me an error.....why i dont know...any one know?

You host doesnt allow direct linking:

"Sorry, but non-html files may only be downloaded if linked to directly from the site hosting them. Please scroll all the way to the bottom of this page where you will find a link to the file you are looking for."

well i did have the file linked directly. Does this mean i have to use proxy?

No, it means that you need to make your link on the org a one to a html page that is on that host (an indirect link)

On that html page you can have the link to the video and the host will let people download it.
