I want to know waht rules apply to teh MODs.
What their guidelines are?
What authority power they have?
When and why's they can make a change.
Why? Because I want to know for what reasons they exists and what purpose they serve. Are they only "police" or are they also judge/jury/ and executioner? It would help to have a "full, precise lists," not just ramblings.
