What do i have to do to get one of them new fanged tiltely things over my avatar. Like, say Castor Troy is Mr. Poopy pants, or all those poor souls with OT junky.

I was really hoping to get "Explosive Macarena" up there though.

I'd put it up. but then every one would just start. It may be a good Idea not to do it so no one (like me) decides to make realy annoying posts just to get kicked off the site.

...I would take makareinuh. That's about how I thought it was spelled before I looked it up. Flatulence is actualy not a close second.

See the humor is derived because you expect Daeriah or flatulence, but you get macarena, thus causing the rewarding "double take".

Plus it's random.

Not really. Actually, the title doesn't automatically disappear. Phade just set it on everyone who had over 50% (or was it 50% or more) of their posts in the off-topic forums. There isn't actually any code to un-set it... It's a todo.
