How to reupload a file to LOCAL?

Need to just switch the file on the LOCAL server with a new one because of bad audio issues. How do I do that?

Editors Tab > Edit Video Info > Scroll down to "Request Deletion of Bad Video Entry". Fill out request and wait for administration to accept or reject your request.
