im reporting a bug when I attempted to download any amv's I get an error message stateing

Could not continue download the server was reset now I understand that there is a high level of solar flares this year could this be the issue with my sattelite system or are you haveing a server malfuntion please return an answer to bleddynapturner@yahoo.com please and thank
